My love for food began at an early age, rooted in the vibrant streets of Amritsar. Growing up in a Punjabi household, food was more than just sustenance—it was a way of life, a language of love and tradition. I was captivated by the bold, soulful flavors of Amritsari cuisine, watching street vendors turn simple ingredients into something magical.
In my late teens, I moved to Delhi, where I discovered the rich and regal world of Mughlai cuisine. Though I never received formal training, I had the privilege of learning from masterful chefs, absorbing their generational wisdom through keen observation. I immersed myself in a close friend’s renowned restaurant on the legendary Pandara Road, studying traditional recipes, mastering their intricacies, and eventually reimagining them in my own way.
But my journey didn’t stop there. Traveling across different countries exposed me to a world of flavors, deepening my appreciation for global cuisine. The bold vibrancy of Mexican food and the timeless elegance of Italian cooking became part of my culinary repertoire, blending seamlessly with my deep-rooted love for Punjabi and Mughlai traditions.
Today, I bring all these influences together in every dish I create, ensuring that each bite is an experience—rich in authenticity, innovation, and passion. My goal is simple: to craft unforgettable flavors that speak straight to the heart.
